A small action can help someone take the next step

When a young person feels stressed, overwhelmed or not quite themselves, knowing where to turn can make taking the next step feel easier. This Mental Health Month, help put MOST in the places they already look, learn, work and connect.

You don’t need to run a big campaign. Share one resource, or combine a few throughout October.

A quick introduction to MOST

MOST is a place for young people aged 12–25 across Australia to find free mental health support. They can explore practical tools, connect with other young people and access support from mental health professionals, at their own pace.

  • Practical tools: Strategies for everyday challenges.
  • Connection: A moderated online community.
  • Professional support: Mental health professionals, peer workers and work and study support.

Free for 15–25-year-olds across Australia. No referral needed.

12-14-year-olds can access MOST for free via a referral from a participating youth mental health service.
