Extend your care with MOST

What is MOST?

Safe, evidence-based digital care

MOST is an online mental health platform for young people.

It extends your care and maintains clinical momentum by providing support before, between and beyond sessions.

If your service has access to MOST, you can refer anyone aged 12–25, at any stage of care.

Safety on MOST

We follow strict clinical governance

MOST is moderated by a trained team of peer workers and duty clinicians, working 7 days a week.

Before your first training, we create a shared care agreement with your service.

Normally:

you stay as the primary care provider
we escalate risk in line with the agreement
we take on more responsibility after discharge.

Funders and collaborators

MOST is free thanks
to our partners.

MOST has been developed through generous funding from partners who share in our mission. Their support has made it possible to make MOST freely available across Australia.

MOST is also supported by funding from the Australian Government under the Digital Mental Health Program.

Not set up to refer?

There are other options available

MOST is available to services through our funding partnerships. If you’re not set up yet, here’s what to do:
  • Get set up to refer

If you think your service already has access, you might just need training or onboarding.

    Contact us to:

    • activate your service
    • organise training
    • start referring young people.

  • Get access for your service

If your service doesn't have access to MOST yet, we can talk you through what's possible. Get in touch to:

    • learn how MOST fits your service model
    • understand access and funding pathways
    • get support to bring MOST into your service.
  • Other ways to support young people

Referral leads to stronger engagement. It also means we can provide coordinated support alongside your service.

If your service isn’t set up to refer, young people can still access MOST directly:

    To help them get started:

    • share a link to this website
    • give them some printed MOST resources.
